The Christie House is an early Usonian plan base on a 2' x 4' unit modular constructed of cypress, brick, concrete mat and glass. Research has indicated that a preliminary design for a future Master Bedroom Suite on the bedroom wing was also conceived by Mr. Wright, but was never realized by the original owners.
Tarantino Architect was commissioned to provide design and construction management services for executing this expansion concept.
